I see nothing out of the ordinary but I do have one question for nimbus186- did you see any color patterns in the clouds closest to the sun? If so the name of the colors is iridescence. Again it is not unusual.

Explanation simple ...
People see two planes in the sky and they THINK that they are flying at the same altitude.
The two planes could LITERALLY be a mile apart in altitude flying in a designated airlane.
(The sky is big ... 30,000ft is 5.68 miles up !!!)
One flying through an air layer that reaches saturation point as it passes through it ... and the other either above or below that layer.

This is the main reason im saving to leave the UK & Europe. Russia is really pissed at the signing of the agreement during the Georgia crisis. WW3 is on the way. China are also pissed because they have visual & scientific proof of ionospheric pulses occuring minutes before the earthquake which killed over 20,000 people. Youtube has footage caught on camcorders & mobiles of the Auroras seen in the skies 10 minutes before which is a signature of an ionospheric pulse weapon being used. Tut tut USA

These reactions are what happens when competency is lost in science and math. The energy delivered by HAARP is 10 to 100 thousand times less that that from the sun. There is more energy in the "brain wave" bands than from a lightning strike hundreds of miles away. Plus, there are hundreds of lightning strikes throughout the world every minute.
How arrogant of humans to believe that they can really have the effects HARRP is allegedly causing.

Relax. Solar energy and certain factors produce the phenomena seen in the video. "They are temperature, pressure, water vapor, & the gradients & interactions of each variable, & how they change in time. The majority of Earth's observed weather is located in the troposphere." During Summer in Michigan we get what the weather person calls popcorn storms. The sky is clear one minute then suddenly a dark cloud forms overhead, releases its energy as rain, wind & lightning then quickly dissipates.

incredibert - I work in Farnham, England & yes they do mess with the frequencies in the UK. I saw the clouds earlier today. Oakhanger in Bordon, Hampshire is a few miles down the road were the pulses are received. Oakhanger is also the control base for all Nato strategic guidance systems & satellites (Skynet). what they're showing is that HAARP activity is producing cloud cover in one area constantly. regular clouds billow and move. these jus occur in one spot. whatever is controlling our govt is now finding ways to dick with our atmosphere. they are experrimentang directly with what keeps u and me alive. the atmosphere. ok, to start off, i am a Meteorologist. These clouds are completely natural, i would say that you most likely have terrain upstream that is inducing a meso-lenticular formation over your location. Believe me, the amount of energy required to influence weather to any beneficial degree would be too high that testing for this duration would be completely cost ineffective.
that aside, i would LOVE to have my own weather machine some day! not everyone is out to get you.

..... i'm pretty sure those clouds are made from a disturbed airflow bringing moist air into a colder, higher region where it forms clouds, hence the lower limit, interesting for geography degrees, but not a conspiracy theory

I see nothing out of the ordinary but I do have one question for nimbus186- did you see any color patterns in the clouds closest to the sun? If so the name of the colors is iridescence. Again it is not unusual.

hey that might not be HAARP enduced, we do have some days that the lunar magnetation effects our upper atmosphere, i.e cloud patterns/formations and the tide at sea.
if the maker of this video is reads this response, i suggest you search on youtube about what i have just explained, youll be suprised :)
