I love how she freaked out because it was about so much more than Natalie taking her coffee. She was in essence saying, "that b*tch needs to back off because you're mine!" All of Beckett's insecurities came out and it was sad/hilarious/adorable at the same time.

@elija45 That's true, I think that they may break up (or Beckett dump him) in next weeks episode, because of the kiss. Maybe Castle and Beckett will become a couple! Or maybe they will act really awkward around each other and act like nothing happened! I sure hope not, and I especially hope that Beckett doesn't push away from the kiss because of Dr. Motorcycle boy. I don't think so, I mean, c'mon, the man of her dreams kissing her? I love how the coffee Castle & Beckett share has always been significant. It's often there for crucial moments in their relationship. So I absolutely love Beckett's reaction here when Natalie takes her coffee. It's one of my favorite bits from the episode. She's just completely shocked. It's sweet because it's like Beckett thinks of it as this little ritual she shares with Castle. It's her coffee. ^^
Oh, and I like that you can see Beckett wrapping her arm around Castle's for a second.

Like when Castle failed to bring Beckett one in the season two finale and she looked so disappointed, in contrast to the first episode of season three where she looked secretly happy at the return of the ritual. And the coffee she brought him during 3XK. OH and when Castle brought Beckett coffee but Demming already brought her a cup. Hoho.
@ccollici I think a little of it is also that it's a little bit of jealousy at having somebody taking Castle away from her. If memory serves, she was a little jealous in the episode "Tick, Tick, Tick..." because it seemed Castle was being being taken away from her by Agent Shaw.
