  • "We ALL have potential, we all have value." What a great story!

  • It seems to me that so many of you are missing the point. This isn't a "Program" this isn't Walgreens helping out "the poor disabled people". This is EQUAL WORK FOR EQUAL PAY. These people are providing a service to Walgreens and therefore they get paid for it. Just because a person has a "disability" doesn't mean they aren't capable, infact many are MORE capable in some areas than many "typical" people. Check out the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Work for all

  • I can't believe people are complaining about this! They get the same wages, not cheaper wages.. Did you even listen to the video? Everyone deserves to work as long as they work hard and do their job. I am glad my daughter has something to look forward to when she is of age enough to pursue independence. I pray more companies are like this. Jesus loves you all! May you all be encouraged!

  • Maybe instead on blaming the disabled or whoever why you are losing your job maybe its because of your crappy attitude. EVERYONE is affected my the recession so stop whinning and BUCK UP! Everyone is struggling so stop blaming and make do like we ALL have to!!!

  • It's good they help out these folks --- they seem to love their jobs and do a good job. But either way I agree with others ---there is some down right injustice going on in the stores.

  • Walgreens wants everything to be perfect and for you to bust your ass, but they don't want to pay you a livable wage. Then if you don't do exactly as you are told they threaten your job. I make $20 an hour and i am about to lose my home. Explain THAT to my 7 and 3 year old.

  • This is how Walgreens saves money. Then they take hours away from their assistant managers

  • My house is now in foreclosure. Maybe I can live in A Walgreens store. Oh wait. I do.

  • Thats a damn good company to help folks like that

  • Great work Walgreens, I am so proud of you that you show the other corporations in America that when you invest in people you invest in yourself.

Continued success to all of the employees in Anderson from Oslo, Norway

  • I think that this is a wonderful program. It seems that the disabled workers interviewed here are very happy with their job and have pride in their work. KUDDOS TO WALGREENS! Wish more companies were like this.

  • I am glad to see my wife,Jeanelle is in this video with Vice-President,Randy Lewis.Have a blessed day! :)

  • I work at this distribution center myself. I know some of the people who appeared in this video. Julia Turner, who appeared on this video, rides the bus with me along with six others. Two of my other co-passengers also appeared on the video.
