You don't have to get snippy. I just simply enjoy watching musicians that are talented enough to make me jealous (which is a lot). I find myself not being nearly as jealous as I should of his playing, due to lack of emotion. Jon is by far the most talented Tool drummer on the web. I wrote a wonderful compliment on Jambi 2 weeks ago, but since then I decided that in on my path to become the drummer that I want to be, I will not take that page out of his book. I will take others though. Cheers

Man, I'm a bass player and have no choice but to rely on you drummers. You are damn good bro. I just wish you tuned your snare up a bit or got hold of a tighter one. Not taking anything away from your playing. You're great..... but I like that sharper whip sound.

@VelkynYorn hes not bored, tools songs require a shitload of concentration for the time sig changes and since its a drum cover, you need to be so accurate, its easy to fuck up when trying to cover danny carey's stuff

I love the playing and it's extremely impressive for your age.

All I can say is I'd like to see you slam those cymbals a little harder and really make exclamation points out of them. More emotional playing is what I think I'm trying to say...

Other than that, great job. Stay dedicated to playing. Don't do what I did at your age. I stopped playing guitar and I'll never stop regretting it.

If your interpretation of fun is smiling like a jackass, flipping sticks, and spinning cymbals, there are plenty of videos others have posted that I'm sure you will enjoy.

Whether or not you believe it, Jon has a ton of fun performing and making these videos. The differences between his performance and other "fun" performances are, I believe, tremendous concentration on playing the song correctly, and not requiring superfluous frills to make up for insufficient skill.
