I think it might have to do with abortions. Not allowing a child to ne born so the childs spirit cries out to the mother that did not allow it to live. I'm not saying anything pro or against abortion....just an opinion on what the song might mean.

@mitrelenese: In addition Linderman (the singer) was almost imprisoned in 1981 for failing to comply with German law to do his 9 months of compulsory military service (that's hardly neo Nazi behavior...right?). Furthermore he has stated in an interview that they are not trying to promote any Neo Nazi/Faschist Ideas. Of course as with other bands that have extreme image-sound-lyrics (like Slayer for example) some Nazis might like that but it doesn't mean that that's what the band is about.

This song is about a man who never had a mother because he was born from an experiment. The man in the song seeks revenge against the mother that never gave birth to him, while at the same time expressing love for the same mother, exposing the duality in some mother-son relationships in which hate and love exist in parallel to each other.
