All you have to do is type in those 'random letters' in that file where I showed, and next thing you know...CHEATS HAPPEN! :D

You just press the key you put those commands with and the cheats activate.

no. you have to first enable hidden folders from control panel=>appearance and personalization=>Folder options=> tick on show hidden files and folders and then check again :)

I had successfully enter the codes, and it DOES works fine in the game.

However the game program crushs and refusing to save WHEN:

1. Herr Delta enters into next stage;

2. Certain events scenes such as the first Big Sister battle;

3. While Dr. Tenenbaum or Miss Lamb speaks through the short wave radio; and

4. Pause button is pressed.

Is there any cure oh my ;___;

These errors are most likely not issues with the cheats and just the general buggyness of Bioshock 2. The cheats work without crashes for most people and this is something to ask on the 2K forums.

Well, I played the game in seperated saves, one's cheated and while one's clean.

It was sweared that crushes never occurs on the non-cheated side. What a cruel truth ;____;

There should be a Roaming if you're using Windows Vista or 7. If you can't find it then you are either looking in the wrong place, or something is very wrong with your Windows.

Also, if you did somehow manage to find the right User.ini then make sure you don't scroll down too far. I made that mistake the first time :P

If you look in the video information it shows how to get to the Bioshock2 folder on XP. The location should be:

C:\Documents and Settings\[your user]\Application Data\Bioshock2\"

There are also several other things you can do. You can give yourself any kind of ammo as long as you know the file. Examples would be "GiveItem 999 ShockGame.Shotgun_solidslug" or "GiveItem 999 ShockGame.Speargun_spear" Also "GiveItem 999 ShockGame.Drill_Ammo"

I'm not entirely sure if it appears just by installing, but have you started the game at least once? And are you using Vista or Windows 7?

If it isn't a simple mistake like that try using your Windows Search and type "C: (or whatever partition it's on)\Users\(Windows user it's installed in)\AppData\Roaming\Bioshock2\­"

Like my user name on Windows is daniel, so I can do "C:\Users\daniel\AppData\Roami­ng\Bioshock2\" It should take you right to it unless you're on Windows XP.

A mistake that I made the first time I tried to do it was scrolling down too far. If you look through the whole file it has many other sections that look like the first one with the right key bindings.

Only bind the cheats with the first section listing keys.

If that isn't what's wrong then I'm not sure what could be the problem. Let me mull it over some.
