my son was 7 and playing in minors with 9 to 11 year old boys he just turned 9 a few weeks ago and he is toping off in his pitching at 52mph ..all i can say is let the kids play

Assuming you are speaking about the break on the pitch..........If someone swings and misses, it would seem to be the right amount of arch, ever seen Barry Zito? His curve? Strasburg? Also, key here is 10 years old, time, strength, speed, will create more bite which will make the pitch change direction much quicker.
