Great idea,

I live in England so it would be something like 3am where I live but I'm always up conversing with MJ fans really late anyhow. I love the idea for the song 'Cry', like the video its kind of like we're all joining hands via MJ. I love that MJ had such a beautiful positive effect on the whole world.

You can get helium balloons filled up at meijers or party stores! Make sure that they are filled with helium though or they won't fly at all! They are very cheap too. Usually 1 is under a dollar...

10:30 your time at night :) i am releasing one helium balloon and I know that where I live they cost under a dollar a piece. make sure it is helium :)
