Was a Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000T here before the New Federal Signal  Modulator was installed and why do they test in Pulsed Hi Low is that signal going to be used for Tornado Warnings

@garyhstorms10 No, Gwinnett College didn't previously have a siren before this Modulator was installed. I believe Gwinnett had Thunderbolt 1000s a long time ago though, but they've since been removed.
