obagi elastiderm eye cream as well as obagi nu-derm eye cream work wonders. i used to get the through prescription but now they are available for retail. elastiderm generally costs the same as hydrolyze but if you do a little searching you can pay less then half of the price if hydrolyze isnt working for you. i havent used hydrolyze so i cant say anything bad about it.
i would repurchase this at retail b/c it works over time - and i only use it as my night cream - i use olay regenerist eye lifting serum in the morning - i'm 26.. the combo is great my eyes are lifted, and i don't even really need concealer after foundation ne more.. i don't know y people think it doesn't work if they gave it a shot and didn't use globs of it and go thru a full jar in a month.. that stuff goes a long way.. i just don't like the auto ship program - don't need constant refills!

these companies rip you off - anytime you hear free trial or something similar you will be signing up for a product that doesn't work and they will continue to charge your card. Thanks so much for posting this video. My bf just ordered this for me using my card w/o my permission.. LOL I was so mad! He did it in good faith, 'cause I usualy do let him use my card but not for scammy products like this. I found your video and soo many other negative things that I immedietly called to cancel the order.. They tell me that they cannot cancel the order because it is not in the system yet. What a joke! They said to call back tomorrow at 9am, after shipping.
So now I have to call, after they already ship it. The representative was extremly rude and even insulted her own company saying that there computer suck and they can't see orders, etc. etc.. What a SCAM! So I then called my bank, I've blocked all charges from this company, and if after calling them tomorrow they dont' cancel my order, I will change my account number to avoid any future charges, this is what my banker reccomended.
My Bank said they are fully aware of this company and they get many calls from angry customers who fell for the Hydrolyze scam. I actually recorded my conversation with the rep, and after I review a few legal forums, I will post it, if legal. Hydroxytone and Hydrolyze are SCAMS and everyone needs to know.

if they are really sneaky they might STILL ship the package. when you get the package make sure you take it to the post office right away. DO NOT OPEN IT.
ask the post office to "return to sender" its a pain and you could just leave a note on the package in your mail box for the post man the next day, but i wouldnt risk it.
as long as you dont open it then you wont get charged to ship it back to them. it will be on their dime ;-)

Wanna be optimistic, but reality says that NONE of these products can probably do the job. we shall see. Will let you know.....

omg .. same thing happened to me... HYDROLYZE does NOTTTT work !! and after i signed up for hydrolyze i kept getting the same phone calls girl !! and things kept getting charged on my credit card.. i had to deal with soo many different stupid ass companies to get my money back..it was such a long and fuckin annoying process.... NEVER EVER EVERRR in my life will i EVER consider hydrolyze again!

Thanks so much for posting this video. My bf just ordered this for me using my card w/o my permission.. LOL I was so mad! He did it in good faith, 'cause I usualy do let him use my card but not for scammy products like this. I found your video and soo many other negative things that I immedietly called to cancel the order.. They tell me that they cannot cancel the order because it is not in the system yet. What a joke! They said to call back tomorrow at 9am, after shipping.

So now I have to call, after they already ship it. The representative was extremly rude and even insulted her own company saying that there computer suck and they can't see orders, etc. etc.. What a SCAM! So I then called my bank, I've blocked all charges from this company, and if after calling them tomorrow they dont' cancel my order, I will change my account number to avoid any future charges, this is what my banker reccomended.

My Bank said they are fully aware of this company and they get many calls from angry customers who fell for the Hydrolyze scam. I actually recorded my conversation with the rep, and after I review a few legal forums, I will post it, if legal. Hydroxytone and Hydrolyze are SCAMS and everyone needs to know.

Make sure you find out if when your bf placed the order if they also signed you up for anything like "leisure times" or coupon clubs, thats how they really get you

those companies are in cahoots with hydrolize to get you to sign up for these clubs sayign what a great deal you get and then charge you month after month, i believe it was $60 when i was involved.
i also changed my credit card number and since then havent heard anything.
also look out for a vitamin sign up...
if they are really sneaky they might STILL ship the package. when you get the package make sure you take it to the post office right away. DO NOT OPEN IT.

ask the post office to "return to sender" its a pain and you could just leave a note on the package in your mail box for the post man the next day, but i wouldnt risk it.
as long as you dont open it then you wont get charged to ship it back to them. it will be on their dime ;-)

Letting them know you are pissed is 'whatever' to them. they are USED TO that! What you need to do is remain calm and piss THEM off. Here's how you do it: Wait 5 to 7 seconds after every question they ask before you answer. That pisses ANYBODY off. Or...ramble about something completely different every time they call. OR...ask them deviant and probing sexual questions. OR...interupt them EVERY time they start to speak. OR repeat everything they say back to them.OR...

and really though Hydrolyze helps me. whats fixes my tired looking eyes is sleep and hydrolze and alergy medicine (claritin) and I slpash cold water on my eyes when i wake up ( water from a pot with ice in it, use rubber clubs to avoid frost bite) lol Good luck
