@drdawn86 Agreed! We're not the only ones put off by the drama. I've read so many comments by people who are fans of the show that said the same thing. It's all about balance! The first two seasons had a great balance between drama and positivity. I re-watched the Season 2 episode where they had to "read" each other a.k.a. "throw shade", and they were genuinely laughing WITH each other. I hope the editors get it right for the remaining episodes, because all this shit talking is a real downer!
I don't know why Shangela started arguing with Mimi - their team WON that night. Can't they just be happy for each other? I bet the producers told Shangela to start some drama for this Untucked episode. Or she just had too much to drink. The editors of the show should include some positive moments, some camaraderie. There is such a thing as too much drama. And the other girls had no idea who Leigh Bowery is. Like Mimi said, there are different types of drag. It's not all female impersonation.

I think Ru let Mimi into the competition because when she saw the audition tape, Mimi made a big rant about how she was tired of these sloppy big girls. She promised that she would be the polished big girl. Probably from ym point of view, if you not polished and your on Rupaul's drag race, there is something wrong. You need to be polish to be on this show. No slop is accepted.
