Mr Potter is like a cancer to the USPS, period. A major fail! Fact is simple here, the United States government fails the system by allowing unskilled, poorly trained, totally unqualified people to run the Postal Service into the ground. The government has failed to do fact finding efforts and eliminate the excessive unqualified management. At this point many senior carriers like myself don't use postal services unless there is no other way. Service is less than the numbers say they are!

Potter is such a JOKE. This guy is so talented he has lost more money for the Postal Service than any other Post Master General in a single year and is given a bonus for doing such a "fine job". I wish I could have a job where I could loose BILLIONS and get a bonus.
