hey languy thanks for your reviews it's amazing i can go on youtube to find out all this useful information. I've had trend micro since i got my comp three years ago but i'm on this automatic renewal and i just started using the antivirus plus antispyware and right away i had something infect my computer and i didn't do anything out of the ordinary from what i did before it's like i had to pay for a new program that was worse than before but thanks i'm using malwarebytes and hitman pro it helped

Or, you could download this program called Rkill. Rkill will kill any known malicious programs so that you can run Malwarebytes.

It's available in a .COM extension if .EXE extensions are blocked from running by malware.
