Lacks B7 or B on "till' then I walk alone..." and before the chorus lacks the progression B Flat- B Flat- B- and next C with "My shadow... and next. And it's not in Em, it's in F Sharp minor or F minor, according with the guitar tuning. Look the guitar of Billie or Jason in a live concert. I know this example it's the single way, but, it's not so hard guys.

If you wanna play it right, you do not use the sustended chords. You put a capo on 1st fret and play Em, G, D, A, Em, and in the chorus you go C, G, D, Em, C and that's really it. I think I'll do my own tutorial at my Ustream page or something, we'll see.

I don't want to seem rude, but he's isn't play the right chords at all...unless the official version that I have is incorrect. It sounds similar, but that is definitely not how you play Boulevard of Broken Dreams.

If you have an electric you could play it differently, but on an acoustic people generally tend to play it this way (capo 1 though).You are prolly thinking the progression is Fm Ab Eb Bb (as it says in the official book).

The notes in an Ab are Eb Ab and C. Play a G capo 1 and you are playing the notes from low E to high E (Ab C Eb Ab C Ab) so it's an Ab. Playing D (not dsus as in video) capo 1 is Eb. as Eb notes are Eb G Bb, and you play (x x Eb Bb Eb G). Last chord = Bb whose notes are Bb D F, and you play an A (not Asus as in video) capo 1 = (x Bb F Bb D F).

The proper chords with capo 1 = Em G D A (not dsus and asus)
