@TakoYakiAsagi I think under NBC Broadcast TV Standards back then you cannot say "Hell" on television (Sorry Micky Dolenz for taking your line). I have seen some television shows ex. Will & Grace where Grace said, "Go to Hell". It was the episode where Will wants Grace to have his baby. Both of them had an argument. I saw Too Close too Comfort this past week and I don't know what was ABC's Broadcast TV Standards at that time Muriel said "how can I say go to hell to a nun".
This episode didn't win the Emmy. They won the previous year for the Royal Flush episode (Best Comedy and Best Directing). This one was nominated though but lost to Get Smart.

@Theweird4hire Tom Hanks is 5'11 and Mike is 6'1. I don't what you mean younger, younger when he was a child or younger during his Monkees days? The wool hat was the trademark for Mike Nesmith throughout the series. The wool hat discontinued in the middle of second season. He got the accent for the role of Forrest Gump.
