age doesn't matter in music, all matters is that how you play each piece.

No matter how old he is the piece should be perfected before it is played. Im 23 years old and I played this piece when I was 13. Perfected it!! but he has great talent keep on playing!

For his age quite good, but the speed isn't the same all the time, the stresses could also be improved and also a lot mistakes in his performance...
It's better to start with easier things and then play the hard stuff later on...
