this it totally ridiculous I cannot believe that people start the water running, and just let it run, while not using it. Who would turn the water on before they were ready to step in the shower or tub? You don't start the water till you're ready to get in! I can't believe that people could be so wasteful, cold and callous, considering the need for water all over the world, including the great U.S. I mean it's a waste of your own money too, you're paying for it.
