Who was the announcer for this episode? It's not Randy West who did a group of them, or Rich Fields who hadn't gotten the job yet, or Rod who had passed away by then. Could it have been Don Bishop?

It is Rich. At 1:22 you can see Rich's podium. The podium position was changed this season because the set was modified this season after doing 25 HD shows last season (10 primetime, and the last 15 shows of Season 36 were taped in HD but not aired in HD).
