I'd also like to really hear how "scientifical" Nye finds moon walking astronaut Edgar Mitchell to be; that would be one hell of a 1v1 debate. There would be one big difference, however, Edgar would have just a bit more of a scientifical background-- in a more relevant field at that. Best part is that he is one of the largest believers out there, and has inside sources to say he knows they exist. This is an astronaut saying with 100% confidence he KNOWS and isn't afraid of spreading the word.
By far the dumbest thing not to argue about is space itself. I am amazed that Nye sees differently. Let me introduce you. Do some basic space research and gaze into the hubble photos. Any non-believer would soon realize the trillion+ other galaxies, each inhibiting 100 BILLION+ planets. If it doesn't become clear to someone at this point, there is no chance for this person. We're talking a modern day estimate of 50 sextillion | (5x10^22) planets. Yes the Earth has to be the only one with life.

The real problem with UFO's is that they are "Unidentified Flying Objects." Unidentified means that the witness can not explain the source nor the technology but only can recount what they "saw." NO ONE will ever know the source not technology because ALL governments would need to divulge ALL their technology and findings to be analyzed by everyone. That will never happen. Until then, skeptics like Bill Nye will never be convinced. Even then, skeptics will always be skeptical.

I'd also like to really hear how "scientifical" Nye finds moon walking astronaut Edgar Mitchell to be; that would be one hell of a 1v1 debate. There would be one big difference, however, Edgar would have just a bit more of a scientifical background-- in a more relevant field at that. Best part is that he is one of the largest believers out there, and has inside sources to say he knows they exist. This is an astronaut saying with 100% confidence he KNOWS and isn't afraid of spreading the word.

By far the dumbest thing not to argue about is space itself. I am amazed that Nye sees differently. Let me introduce you. Do some basic space research and gaze into the hubble photos. Any non-believer would soon realize the trillion+ other galaxies, each inhibiting 100 BILLION+ planets. If it doesn't become clear to someone at this point, there is no chance for this person. We're talking a modern day estimate of 50 sextillion | (5x10^22) planets. Yes the Earth has to be the only one with life.

The real problem with UFO's is that they are "Unidentified Flying Objects." Unidentified means that the witness can not explain the source nor the technology but only can recount what they "saw." NO ONE will ever know the source not technology because ALL governments would need to divulge ALL their technology and findings to be analyzed by everyone. That will never happen. Until then, skeptics like Bill Nye will never be convinced. Even then, skeptics will always be skeptical.

@benjimckinney UFO does mean exactly that and people think when we say we have seen ufos we are seeing aliens from mars or some other palnet. People are too quick to judge because they are afraid they might take over.

@meshyis I disagree, Bill is denying the possibility without looking at the evidence. The fact that Bill was doubting the conclusions that Dr. Jacobs made after seeing the video taken by the CIA is absurd. Why would a college professor risk his legitimacy by making up a story.

It simply looks like Nye hasn't researched this subject either long enough or fully enough to have an skeptical opinion about it . King's poll results during this video saying that 14% of americans have seen a UFO is way off ! It's more like over 50% of the public but like the subject matter of this program , they are surpressing the infomation and your Mainstream Media isn't going to figure anything out here today . It makes for a good argument and great TV , that's how the MSM handles it .
