I have a question concerning child support: If a man owes a woman child support and has another child by a different woman is it the authority of the Child Support Enforcement to tell the the second woman about the payments of the man to the first woman that haven't been made? And if the man goes to the Child Support office with the 2nd woman and gives his information to pay towards the 2nd child will the missed payments of the 1st child be brought up?

Funny how the MSM fails to mention the fact that Child Support Enforcement Agencies are in fact private for profit corporations that engage in the use of C.A.F.R. for profit, turning HUGE profits on the "money" paid in by non-custodial parents. They also fail to mention the "optional" forms of "payment" that can be utilized by non-custodial parents to ensure that "surety" for the alleged "debt" is met. I use to make 1200 a month and was paying 585 in child support i had enough for my rent and thats it, forget about food, gas, or clothes for the child from another mother that i have custody of. You can be drug tested before employment. Why can you not be DNA tested before ensuing the responsibilities of parenting? Texas did nothing for my kids and says i owe them 15,000. Florida around 2,000.um paying and they still dragging me in and out of court;court fees.then i can afford a lawyer to get to see my children,yea, they are mine,i miss and love'm.um

So I sold it, I didnt care....I already new that relationship was DEAD. NO future.......what so ever.

I have a question concerning child support: If a man owes a woman child support and has another child by a different woman is it the authority of the Child Support Enforcement to tell the the second woman about the payments of the man to the first woman that haven't been made? And if the man goes to the Child Support office with the 2nd woman and gives his information to pay towards the 2nd child will the missed payments of the 1st child be brought up?

The law should treat an ex-wife as any other SINGLE person who has custody of a child with the exception that the ex-husband is responsible to pay 50% of neccessary expenses that occurs towards the child ONLY(not the ex-wife) and the ex-wife must pay the other 50%.

I've got my kid's 95% percent of the time pne of my friend's and his wife see my daughters more than their own mother and i'm still ordered to pay her $700 a month. All because the state requires me to prove them being with her is dedrimental to their health and wellbeing, kinda hard to do when she never has them and i get sho down with the proof i have that they are with me. Funny how the MSM fails to mention the fact that Child Support Enforcement Agencies are in fact private for profit corporations that engage in the use of C.A.F.R. for profit, turning HUGE profits on the "money" paid in by non-custodial parents. They also fail to mention the "optional" forms of "payment" that can be utilized by non-custodial parents to ensure that "surety" for the alleged "debt" is met. Savings bonds are as good as FRN to these "agencies".

I use to make 1200 a month and was paying 585 in child support i had enough for my rent and thats it, forget about food, gas, or clothes for the child from another mother that i have custody of. Sometimes when people try to sleep they think happy thoughts like marrige or hitting the lottery when i try to sleep i think about snapping her neck or blowing her brains out thats what i call happy thoughts. I need help I pay child support and NY state issued a warrant out for me anyway.
I 'm disable and my wages are garnished directly from my Social Security Disability and they still issued a warrant. I'm also a single father racing my daughter as best I can and they don't care. If anyone knows how I can get help please let me know.

The system does not care if it is fair or reasonable. The good news is almost all child support orders are based on void judgments and you can get rid of it. You can also get rid the "fraudulent debt", sue the woman, and the state officials too in their personal capacity. You can recover what has been stolen from you and damages. If enough men do this , make these bastards pay and pay dearly, you will stop them.

THE ONLY FAIR CHILD SUPPORT that a guy should pay is PRECISELY 50% of NECCESSARY expenses in which it should be required by law that the mother provides proof and reciepts as to what the neccessay expemses are and the mother is responsible to pay the other 50%. This video details the ignorance of all parties. First off , if the court ordered child support and he was never lawfully served, then that court order is a void. That means its no good. Secondly, you can challenge child support,because most of the time they are based on void orders and thirdly.this arrangment is a contract i e two way, the woman and the never abided by their end of the deal and since its not legal at all,ie void, they are entitled to nothing.

i think its nothing but a bunch of red tape....to keep you in the system. job security for the employees...they work for whomever filed for the support request...half the time the claimant doesnt show up...then the case is filed back on the bottom of the pile.....its just overlooked & nobody seems to be able to take the time or be bothered if your the defendent looking for help to get the problem resolved ...its disgusting! i feel bad for these men stuck in this useless cycle.

Just to let you know it's not just men who suffer from the child support system. My son is going to be 13 and well I don't get to see him yet am demanded to pay child support and the money don't even go to my son. and this is all jusy a small part of my case. Hell I was a single mother of a two yr old when they put me in jail and well my two yr old was then taken from me by my own sister behind my back while I was in. Fuck the Child support system !!!!!

Especally the law of voids, ie most judgments are void and it does not matter if a "time limit" to challenge paternity is exceeded or NOT!In the eyes of the court, none.....graspe that .... none of the child support orders are not valid. A man can sue to get the "fake debt" abolished and then sue to get damages against the woman. If she does not pay, sue the state in federal court, where they can't claim soveriegn immunity, they can lose and be order to pay
