  • I was a happy owner of a scratch free GN till two days ago. Now I have a scratch above the front-facing camera, I almost cried when I found out since I don't know how I managed to get it scratched. I baby my phone, I had a Samsung Galaxy captivate which until now has no scratches what so ever (no case or screen protector were used), same goes for my iPod Touch which is a little over two years old, no scratches on the screen. I wish the warranty covers this since it's so easy to get scratched.

  • Look at all those fools saying that they were going to buy it then writing a sad face. There is something called a screen protector and if you don't use one on your phone, Gorilla Glass or not, that's your problem for being an idiot.

  • Dude its good glass it's just not gorillla glass...

  • I dropped mine no scratch yet but I will follow ur advice

  • No scratches on mine, I carry it naked.

  • I presume when i buy a phone it has atlease 3 good falls init i hate how these phone compare to my older nokias i had 3 iphones break on me with cases

  • No problem with my Droid 3 so far :P

  • Its not google who puts the glass on their but samsung google only makes de software for the device

  • This is a classic example as to why i alway's have a SS installed on whatever phone i have. That suck's bad having scratches on the screen already considering that you have not had it long. :( Doe's this mean you will be getting a replacement at all or replacing the screen video ? :)

  • he placed it in his left pocket along with his razorblades and nails

  • When you put the phone in your pocket just make sure there is nothing else in there and put the phone's screen facing towards your leg. No need for screen shields, just be careful either way.

  • No "peace be with you"?

  • Not as bad as the iPhone damage!

  • This should be a warning to everyone with a phone with a glass screen.

But seriously, where do you keep this? I'm a pocket carrier and I have 0 scratches.

  • get an iphone..

  • I have a GN from the day it was out. And until now, not even a tiny scratch :)

  • @ms7m You might want to cover it up! Otherwise you will feel = :(

  • @productfeedback Wow, is it that "scratchy"? If so, I guess I'm going to cover it up :/

  • @productfeedback can't you get another one out of warranty

  • @ms7m Same... not one scratch

  • That absolutely sucks! I was going to buy one soon :/

  • @SanadTech One person's experience is obviously 100% valid. Don't see how it can even get scratched unless it comes into contact with something that would scratch it. It's his fault.

  • @jaju123456 that made sense! Thanks dude

  • I treated this the same way as my iPhone 4 which didn't have anywhere near this amount of scuffs over 4 months of no case use.

  • @productfeedback can't you get another Galaxy Nexus out of warranty

  • I was literally just going to buy one :(

  • That sucks :/

  • Thats why i will buy Galaxy S II ..

    Or Motorola Razr

  • Ouch i almost bought it.

  • I hope you learnt your lesson, dont put coins in your pocket.

  • @nicktheodorou9 I only deal with paper. :)
