For the character with highest execution requirements in the game, "cheap" is the last word that comes to mind. Strong, maybe - but it comes at a price.

What's cheap about her again? For everything you would bring up, I'm sure I can tell you a ton of hard data to prove that her moves are situational. If she was cheap as you say, there would be tons of players maining her for cheap wins. Seen any viper winning a major tournament recently? Seen a lot of vipers players, period? Pro players play "cheap" characters because it gives them money, can't blame them. Tons of pro vipers around?

I've never heard any pro player calling viper cheap. They've mentioned she's strong, she's generally put in A-tier, but still almost no one mains her anymore because risk isn't worth the reward. The fact that there's so much risk included she's not seen as worth maining means she's not "cheap". She's a high risk-high reward character, with low health and bad defense. She doesn't have spammable, big damage moves. She has horrible slow short range normals. There goes your "wrecking".

@123shadowmilk123 It's a common misconception that sticks are required to play at a high level. Also, most famous/good players agree that it's easier to do a lot of things on an arcade stick. But pad players are extremely talented. Vangief is the only Zangief I've seen that's been able to do a walking 720 successfully in multiple situations. Same goes with other pad players. I'm a pad player myself so it's good to know it's possible.

@123shadowmilk123 Yes, a 720 is spinning the stick (or pad) in two complete circles (AKA - motion needed for Zangief's Ultra 1). Also, I feel the same way about analog sticks. I do better using the D-Pad than I ever could using the analog stick. I've heard about better gamepads, but I personally haven't tried any. I think SnakeEyes uses a different pad. (SnakEyes plays Zangief and was the EVO 2k10 champ for SF2hdr).
