Some of the voices are from the actors that appear on the intro, but some of them (Jill and Barrys voices for example) were dubbed by other people xD.

Well, Originally, the voices were going to be released on Japanese, but just before releasing the game, they decided to drop the Japanese voices and dub all the game to english, translating the text LITERALLY, so lot of the phrases, which were jokes that could only been understand in Japanese, lose their meaning.
