So, what are you saying the SPC card shouldnt be taken seriously. Because the statement your showing is that if your low on money the SPC card is like a credit card, and can typically buy you what you need. What i picture from SPC card is that its like a saver, it saves you money.
you know what a hyperbole is, right? it's an overstatement. the amount of money shown there isn't the actual amount that the character has, it's an overstatement of his poorness, illustrating and emphasizing the fact that the card will save you money.
