Those elected officials then have the responsibility to represent those citizens in Washington D.C. with their votes. This is where there is a breakdown in the system today. Elected officials are choosing not to listen to the very people who voted them into office.

actually what you need to look for are machine printed signs , union members, state and federal workers... Those are the healthy rich white people. These are the wrecks that pay their salaries benefits and pensions, at about 50% of their annual income.

Find another country! What good is an election if laws are passed that cannot be repealed..benefits and contractual obligations exceed term limits. They should not put there noses where it dosent belong. This attitude is why we have survived so long.
