haha i will answer :P some koreans cant speak english very well because they are immigrants who've come across the sea and are probably not to great at using english :l also even if one were to be great at grammar they still have an accent which may make it seem like they suck at korean :l and yes i beleive there is a english subject in korea... but they have a math subject in america and im not too good at it :l
