Attack speed can be increased in a variety of ways, primarily though skills, like Boon of Quickness and Vaizel's Wisdom (Stigma)

Along with a weapon. Apparently on weapons in regards to spellcasters, attack speed increases shortens the delay between casts, also, weapons as of 1.5 can have decreased casting time, resulting in a maximum of about 95% increased casting speed, and a shortening of time between skills. Obviously he isn't casting THAT fast...Probably doesnt have a weapon or boon.

One thing is reduce casting time somthing usseles with aether flame that has 0 cast time... he nid more att speed so.. title, gloves and wep r the only ones that gives att speed to a sorc so he maybe has a lot of it

This isn't imbalanced in pvp at all nubs.. A player can use a CC breaking pot to break the air shackle and this combo will be completely fucked.. Play the game before claiming something is OPd, sad thing is I don't even play a Sorceror and I'm saying this isn't OPd.

After I think he chains with a macro of SHOOT FIRE II (where he repeats the skill)

SHOOT FIRE has a 0s cast time and 0,5s cooldown.

I think he use stigmas skills before to reduce his cast time close to zero (see on the top-left of the screen)

With this he can chain skills very quickly.

its a skill call air shackle, its a chain for sorc, its not actually 7 fireballs at once, the thing wacks you up and then u keep the chain by activating it twice, and that sorc has stacked a hell load of Magic Boost, I play aion aswell ^.^

Instant cast spell animations are effected by the attack speed stat. The higher your attack speed the quicker your animations.

If you've played the game you can figure out the rest on your own.
