The cowardice of the police in these situations is even worse. If a guy on the street got caught behaving like the footballers are then he would be arrested and charged with public order offence, and rightly so. But footballers will never get pinned to the ground by a group of police officers and arrested because they are untouchable. ITS A FUCKING DISGRACE.
