That happened to me too! I got him to like 1/4 then I suddenly got owned, then every try after that he kept fucking throwing me, my god it took me ages to get him.

What's worse is I had no health scrolls, resurrection scrolls and I didn't even have a full health bar to start the fight with.

so your using the dragon sword.your my hero.cuz everyone over here is like ermm mostly using the double swords(twin swords) .but well i think its kinda slow and not as flexible as the TDS.for example before comming to fight alexei you had to fight atleast 20+ of those purple guys .the double swords and the lunar when i used em i got killed.but i used the TDS and i jus lost a very small piece of my health.now i upgraded it to level 3.hmm im gonna try agaisnt alexei.

If you're lucky and he gets stunned, you can take off a good chunk of his health while he's dazed. Double or triple flying swallows work well on him and sometimes stun him.

I just did this fight in like 10seconds or something. No joke. I had the full moon staff and when he lunged at me I pressed Y and he was stunned. Afther that I rapidly pressed X and Y and he didn't get back up. O_o

My strategy was getting the duel swords out and upgraded to atleast lvl 2.Then just keep getting behind him by jumping.And when he deos thte tornado(frequently when behind him) just keep dodging.
