  • @MSTM005 Making juice?

  • HI. THANKS. FOR THE. VIDEO ALSO GOOD TO DETOX THE. BODY

  • @Jackupnow Yes, indeed. I can't wait to make this recipe again in the summer. I did a apple, carrot, cucumber, dandelion, sage, mushroom, turmeric, cinnamon, and parsley blended juice today. :) I feel great! Full of energy and ready to create some art.

    Cheers.

  • Your voice sounds so pretty and soothing. The music in the background adds even more glorious listening. Please make more video like this :)

  • @xoxpriscilla Oh thank you so much hun. That's super sweet of you. Sure thing! I definitely plan on making more juice videos. <3

  • Fascinating video, Claudia! Anyone who knows basic nutrition would agree that if the focus of the American diet were geared more towards fruits & vegetables rather than meat & processed foods, so health of the general population would GREATLY improve! Kudos & Congrats...keep up the good work! :)

  • @JubalCalif Thank you! Yuppers, my body hates me when I eat bad things. It always gets so grumpy. Haha. Especially this time of year, because I sneak holiday goodies every now and then. :3

  • her voice sounds delicious

  • @dragoon2784 Interesting. Well, I appreciate that. The juice is good too. :D

  • its a shame, the best food for us, is the cheapest ones at farmers markets and ppl are so use to paying corporate mobbs loads of money with food with about 15 plus chemicals in it. and everytime i see someone grab some veggies at the frozen section, i think, we'll, another customer buying veggies with no nutritional value, simply cause the veggie that gets frozen loses all of its potency. xoxoxoxoxo great posts claudia! your very intelligent =)

  • @ExTREmETrAnCe101 Yup, I agree. Farmer's markets are so reasonable. I can get my whole weeks worth of organic local produce for $15. That's great! You can't do that at a store. *hugs* By the way, you might like my blog. I have a whole section on health and lifestyle.

Here's the link to the section:

  • @ClaudiaMSutton totally agree with you1 farmers markets are the best! it doesnt have al the chemicals in it, that the food merchants put in their foods, that basicaly cause health probs. its a same, but i think if there was more farmers markets and ppl went too them, they would be more healthy =) big thumbs up for this video and big hugs for you=) i cant wait too see your viddies coming up on natural foods =)xoxoxo i will definately check your blog site =)xx

  • @ExTREmETrAnCe101 Aww! Thank you again. Your comments always make me smile. <3

  • wow! your like mee, im into healthfoods, superfoods =)which really isnt superfoods, its just a veggie or fruit in its pure form. I TOTALLY AGREEwWITH YOU ABOUT FARMERS MARKETS SWEETS =) they are the best. no worries about the corporate mobbs blah food. lawl. do you like silk milk ? i like the almond vanilla kind =) and im right with you on the huicer vs blenders!! your awesome!! i love your videos!!

  • @ExTREmETrAnCe101 Oh thank you. I'm glad. :) Yup I like almond vanilla milk as well. I don't do dairy (I'll make exceptions for a very special occasion, like my b-day), so if I need a "milk" for cooking I would choose an organic almond milk. Yum!

  • We use a juicer (a champion juicer), and use mostly veggies. We have been drinking amazing green juices made with organic celery, lettuce, spinach, green chard, parsley, and I add in one apple, one orange, and half a lemon. It makes amazing tasting green juice that reminds me of lemonade, and my picky 3 year old will even drink it. I highly recommend juicing with a quality juicer that way the live enzymes aren't killed in the process.

  • @fatinamaui Oh that sounds so yummy. Yeah, I've been doing more green juices recently as well, so thank you, I'll have to try it out. I've never used parsley before. :) I definitely plan on getting a juicer one of these days as well. They sound nice.

  • nice ...tnx so much i will do it for my kids..

  • @sydalg242811 Oh awesome. It makes for a delicious snack. :3

  • What a nutritious vid!! People tell me that I need to lose weight and I was just starting to do it and now I weigh 193.7. I have a long way to go. I will get started right away when I gather all the ingredients!! but the problem is that I work at mcnasty's aka. Mcdonalds and when I go on break, I just get the salads and the other healthy stuff they offer. U make a great cooking instructor!!

  • @quarlic That's wonderful Matthew. I do wish you the best, and I know it's hard to do sometimes. Salads are a good start. Do you have a farmers market near you? That is a great place to buy fresh organic foods.

    Best,

    ~Claudia

  • @ClaudiaMSutton Well I only have a farmer's flower shop and I usually go to stop and shop and I did buy organic celery but the rest was just regular. I'll look harder for organic ingredients and make another batch. But first, I'll finish making my second one cause I have a few more ingredients left. Hey if u have any more healthy recipes that u didn't share with us, can u please e-mail them to me?

  • @quarlic Sounds good! I think I emailed all of them so far. I'll be sure to make more in the future though! :) I'm glad they help.

  • @ClaudiaMSutton Thanks ^^

  • Its not necessary to wash the cutting board so much, its all going to the same place :P and its a waist of water .

On another note, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm JUICE !

  • @armygirlspirit Yup, I agree. Now, I make juice so fast that I don't wash it, unless it gets really messy. I reassure you that I'm very into water conservation as well, so the rinsing was super quickly. That's cool that you are too. <3

Indeed, hurray for juice! :D Have you seen this:

    claudiasutton.blogspot.com/2011/07/fat-sick-and-nearly-dead.html

  • @ClaudiaMSutton looks cool

  • @armygirlspirit ^___^

  • @ClaudiaMSutton I was watching Fat sick and nearly dead and it makes me want to start drinking juice for atleast 1 meal a day, but i prefer more fruit juice, anything you can suggest?

  • @xdudeguy7890x I just watched that too. It's great. :D I just featured an interview from Joe on my blog if you're interested: claudiasutton.blogspot.com/2011/07/fat-sick-and-nearly-dead-followup-joe.html

There are plenty of recipes linked there. But if you're doing it to lose a little weight I recommend trying to do more veggies, because there is less sugar. I know that can be hard though. I've been doing peaches or strawberries (because they're in season now) with the rest veggies. <3

  • Nice video! :D

Can I use 5 large carrots?

  • @Natalia171311 Oh thank you! Probably 3 large carrots would be fine, unless you want the carrot to be really prominent. Which would be yummy too. :D

  • I love your voice :) You make ever thing sound sexy ;D

  • @MrSuperUltimate Oh wow! That's quite the compliment.

  • you add, "uh" to the end of words. "really smalluh"

  • @TheAlexisann Heehee! I know right? I have no idea where that comes from. :D

  • Very good blending Juice video Claudia.I believe in healthy eating and drinking juices as well..Thumbs Up !! ..Regards,Marc Jones..Los Angeles,U.S.A.(Vocalist) : )

  • @glennmach Hey Marc! :D Thanks again. Hurray for juice.

  • great juice drink! have a trader joes in my area too! you have lovely hands too :) thank you

  • @reelden Oh thank you! Yeah, Trader Joe's is good fun. I'm actually getting ready to head there right now. heehee.

  • @RuntLaLaLa Oh thanks so much! <3

  • @AskYazzy <3 That's so kind of you.

  • @AskYazzy Oh thank you. I'm glad you like it. I used Photoshop to draw and paint the Claudia-character and After Effects to animate it. :)

  • @DiamondSoul08 Hi there! Thanks so much. :) Organic foods are quite awesome and yummy. I just finished eating a fresh locally grown organic cucumber. Ummm. *run to the kitchen for more* Soooo Tasty!
