I humbly disagree, while not an ehusiast or active protestor, a great number of civil disobedience through American history have resulted in improvements for society. The key is peaceful demonstration without adding to hostilities.

Ca is in a real mess financially but so is the world. We are living in the end

times, when there will soon be a 1 world gov't & the gov't will be in charge

of everything. This is the beginning of the end. Education is important

but if there are no jobs you have to question whether the price is worh it.

A college degree doesn't guarantee success.

This is what happens when the government bleeds the private sector dry, from redistribution taxes (AKA socialism).

Lay offs happen. Unemployment goes sky high. And then there is not enough people paying the money to pay for all of the "social programs" that were created to buy votes for the politicians who began them.
