@pharmasteve Ummm... I just came across your comment a year ago and had to laugh. I'm the guy who composed the new jazz arrangement for "Star Eyes" in 1980 after Charlie Parker died in 1955. Virtually all the top performers have used it from Stephane Grapelli to Anita O' Day. Sheila Jordan loved my bass line so much, she "sampled" it in her version of, "I Concentrate on You."

...however, the bass-line at the beginning is the bass-line to Sheila Jordan's arrangement of "I concentrate on you"!
