  • if you have a smartphone then look up Satellite AR and it'll tell you where it'll be and when

  • cool

  • considering it's almost daylight, this footage is really good...

  • "coolest thing ive ever done. my hands are freezing, but ya know?"

your curiosity and sense of adventure will guarantee you many more exciting moments in life, i promise! good luck in life!!

  • THIS ROCKS!

  • THIS IS COOL DUDE!!!!!!!!!

  • penis moss everywhere

  • My wife and I saw something last night, I saw it twice. Was thinking it was the ISS, but it isn't due here until Aug. 04 at 5:30 a.m. don't know what we saw but it was fast! Kinda like the ISS what could it have been????

  • @LYinKansas I live near brussels and see 'very' fast lights every night i look for em. They're comming from every direction and with only a few minutes interval. They're no satelytes alright. So many sightings around here and nobody here even looks at the sky, or don't care, or don't believe, or whatever what ... its so frustrating sniff ;)

  • @LYinKansas maybe just satellites, you know ISS is not only one thing in orbit

  • this vid proofs that you're stupid.

  • Wewt! i just saw it literally just now! it was hauling but! over South Carolina USA

  • I just wasted 8 min of my life!

  • Nice, I've seen the ISS flyby twice. I guess I should try filming it as well xD! The only problem being, is the high speed that it travels. Nevertheless, its great to see that bright spot of light dart across the entire sky in just a few minutes.

  • Human Space Flight has a good java ground tracking display that I use to know when the ISS or shuttle will fly over my area. It's really an impressive sight to see the ISS fly over. It's whitish gold, and looks like a bright star. Even with a lot of street lights around me, I can spot it still.

  • I started recording several minutes before the pass, so you don't see the ISS until later in the video. Furthermore, once it did come into view on the ground, it takes a few minutes for it to come into focus. Watch the video again, and be patient. You will see it. You may be disappointed though, it's just a point of light. If you want to really enjoy an ISS visible pass, see it for yourself.

Also, I fail to see why this made you so angry. I did the best I could with my crappy camera.

  • @skalouko STOP BEING A DUSCHER!

  • damn i would like to be able to see it in my country damn....(i live un peru)

  • se puede ver en todo los paises, solo tienes que saber cuando va a pasar, hoy lo vi por segunda vez, es fenomenal, usa la pagina que aconseja

  • plurgroove: you can see it in Peru. Look up flyby times for your location. I strongly recommend seeing it in a few weeks after they will add the final set of solar panels making it the brightest "star" in the sky.

  • its gonna be visable around 7:40 eastern time

  • kool i just saw it pass over mckinney texas 20 min. ago, it went from texas to canada in 5 mins!

  • your voice sounds beautiful LOL

  • whatching it on video is not nearly as cool as in real life.

  • I agree.

  • Well if your proud of it I wont make fun of it. DO you like the WIldcats because i live near lawrence.

  • Your a geek, get a life. I hope "YOU" like my correct spelling and puncuation. NERD!

  • Well, you've proven that you can spell correctly, so you're not as much of an idiot as I had thought.

I don't really care about your spelling, though. I simply pointed it out to demonstrate your hypocrisy. How can you call someone a retard when you write like one?

By the way, I don't really mind being called a nerd. I'm proud of my nerdiness.

  • Don't you mean "you're a geek"? Because the possesive personal pronoun doesn't make any sense right there. An abbreviation for you are probably would. Just a thought.

  • well sorry

  • Apology accepted. All I did was make a crappy video of a the space station. You needlessly attacked me for making a video (which I admit was crappy) that you didn't even need to watch.

Next time you see a bad video, just don't watch it. You don't have to insult people over stupid, trivial things.

  • it didnt fly over the 31st it flew over today u reatard, and this isa the crapiest video ever

  • It passes over any location about 15 times each day, but it's only visible near dawn or dusk because the sun has to hit it at the correct angle for light to glint off of it. Flyby times change each day since the ISS orbital period is not an even fraction of 24 hours. You should be able to see it at least once a day.

If you want to know when to view it in your area, go to the website in the video description. (The video description that you apparently failed to read).

  • The letter "u" is not a substitute for "you", you misspelled "retard", there's an "a" at the end of "is" and you omitted almost all punctuation. But despite all these errors in your writing, you still call me a retard?

With all due respect, you've done nothing to prove to me that you are not a retard yourself. Perhaps you should think twice before insulting an anonymous person on the internet, or at least try to write an intelligent sentence so you don't end up insulting yourself.

  • nomination for the worst video on you tube

  • I second that! It's much better to see it in real life, but it just shows up as a little out of focus dot here.
