  • I built my own adapter. It's rough but works. After getting used to using the Rock and Roll side to side feature I really like it. I really like my Computrainer now bec. it feels like riding outside. When doing computrainer courses I can actually lean into the turns and accelerate out of the turns just like outside. The thing I like the most is that my mind has to focus on other things other than pain which makes the time go faster just like outside.

  • If you contact Richard Wharton at onlinebikecoach, he'll be able to sell you an adaptor.

Any chance you could upload a video showing the adapter itself. Looking to do the same to my C/T and Rock & Roll, but have not had any luck getting any info from Wharton.

    Thanks.

  • @jboldra if you can get your email address to me I'll be able to email you some pictures. I have a spare too.

  • @mindracing

Thanks much. My e-mail is jboldra@new.rr.com.

  • Any luck getting any details of the adapter?

  • I contacted Kurt Kinetic and they do sell the frame by itself for $175. If only someone can post a diagram of the adapter to Computertrainer's load generator, i won't have to reinvent the wheel.

  • How do you find the rock and roll? is it worth the buck?

  • Yes, well worth getting. Makes the ride far more comfortable and realistic. I wouldn't be without it now.
