I wish the draft were back because the crime rate would drop in an instant, the losers from the ghettos and h.s. drop outs would have something to do besides collecting welfare and getting pregnant, plus they would learn how to respect authority, they might even become literate. We need more Captains like the one on this episode and I don't care if it's a male or female.
