They are Edelbrock 4th gen F-body shortys. Since they're made to use a Y-pipe, the drivers side requires a VERY sharp bend to point towards the back of the car.
Still have it, occasionally drive it. It's got some gremlins that have cropped up over the years, so it's parked a majority of the time. We hope to have everything sorted out again by summer.
ya, i did some research and u used the AC delete (GM Part Number 10115875).. and since u had a V8, u didnt need to change the springs. i may get my LT1 from a 94 Buick Roadmaster or Cadillac Fleetwood. u used the 700R4 or the 4L60E?? i gonna go for the 4L60E; it a newer tranny too. good video ;)
It's an aluminum head motor. It's all stock with teh exception of Edelbrock headers which came with the car. We used the stock Camaro wiring harness out of our parts car.
EXCELLENT VIDEO! I love the corvette covers you use. Is this alum head or cast iron? Did you modify your camshaft or valve springs? Headers?Im doing the same with to a 73 ventura/gto with a 1995 LT1 iron head. Did you go with painless wiring or did you do it yourself? I have the full wiring kit but i may just go with painless instead.
Erik couldnt ask for a better friend. Friends don't let friend's drive 5.0 F-platforms!

ktuga11 3 years ago
The K-member is stock. We're not running A/C, so we didn't need to clearance anything either.

We used the 4L60-E that came in the donor Camaro.

@ktuga11 Looks like he used the stock K-member. The mounts are the same as SBC mounts.
