Dyrdek has done a lot of good things for skateboarding...street league is not one of them. It's not football, it's not baseball, so don't treat it like it is. Skateboarding is amazing but I'm really not comfortable with it being all commercialised and sold as a product like this.

only problem with street league is that its giving people the wrong impression about skateboarding. Unlike these other sports that Dyrdek is comparing skating to such as basketball, skateboarding is about individual expression not competition. All the skaters in street league are already young and rich. And of course its impossible to find footage of it because with a company like MONSTER (nothing to do with skating) as the primary sponsor, well, you know that money is going to be involved..
