They might not be playing on the track but they were there at it's inception so will have had some input. To say it is weak is an insult, would dare you to front Axl and tell him the song is weak.... Original line up were the best, but make the most of the fact that Axl is still performing, have you watched any of the latest American tour clips? Beats other crap around!!!

This song is pretty weak lyrics wise (to Axl's standards as he is an AMAZING song writer, there aren't many better) but the emotion in Axl's voice makes up for it more than enough. You can feel every emotion he goes through through this song.

I love this song to death and it completely blows you away every time you listen to it like waxl1974 said. Easily the best one from Chinese Democracy.

Axl had written this song about 19 years ago, in prep for the new album, at that point it was the heaviest thing he had written. No wonder when you hear the pain in his voice. No matter how many times you listen to it, your brain is completely blown away. This man is pure genius. As others have mentioned, it is missing Slash, imagine the killer rift in the middle with Slash. Who knows they might get it back together and then hear this song in a new dimension. Till then keep dreaming.

i think this song was an attempt to make another November Rain success. The orchastra was missing, duff was missing, and of course, slash was missing.
