For anyone to compare the mechanicaly injected zundfolge motor to new standards is a fucking idiot, its a 2L MECHINACLY INJECTED MOTOR, it obviously isnt goting to be as powerful as what your prolly used to, nothing that megasquirt cant fix , i still dont see many old cars out there with a console, which i think is cool, it handels like a beast even without power steering, and its kind of interesting to think where nissan/datsun got there hatchback ideas(240sx 280z) fuck yall haters

The one word you left out is 'STILL'. It is still being used in drifting, SCCA, and rally competitions worldwide. I hope the Panamera will continue such incredible trend and outperform most cars, even the 911 turbo and the car that was recently compared to the turbo, Nissan GTR.

are you kidding, of coarse at the speeds it reaches a fiat 500 handles well. It was designed to be a VW but they didn't think it would sell so porshe tried it. Only mistake thay ever made. It is the only porsche unworthy of the badge.

yes they did, the carrera gt, but the leman version was not exactly the same as the road. I still say that with its performance its too slow. Have you tried one, It drives well as a wv golf will but it's slower than a WV corrado.

NO CAR is the same in road going version as it goes in at leman..NONE EVER... point is the 924 is a great car.. its more then 30 yrs old now...course its slow..but when it came out..it was voted THE BEST HANDLING PORSCHE IN STOCK TRIM..the best.. ya it does have the dumb audi engine..but the 924 saved porsche..just like the dumb boxster did recently..and yes i drive one...a 1990 944 S2 same layout same chassis..so i can a-test to it.

What about a 924S? I drive one, and I'll say it's as fast as a Acura RSX-typeS, handles better than my late E30 BMW, and is equipped with the 2.5L 944 engine. Not all 924 are created equal. Another good 924 is the turbo version.
