if your idevice is stuck on respring put the device in dfu mode and boot tethered.. it works for me

Fix the respring loop

I tried it and didnt get luck, respring loop started so I fixed it in a second

I was transferring files via WinSCP (through wifi) & when I respring my device the loop started but my device was connected to my pc via WinSCP, so I went in /system/library and deleted the AssistantServices.framework folder & the loop stopped and took me to the springboard.

i wouldn't recommend doing this, their is no advantage to getting siri if it doesn't respond. All you do is lose voice control. Just wait a little bit long until the dev team releases it to the public. It hasn't even been that long and look how far its gone.
