If you upgrade a road bike you have to make sure the fit is proper, so you might have to spend extra money on a shorter stem a new seat post to bring you further up, and aerobars. If you don't buy the extra parts and try and stay in the same position you'll see your back going within a few weeks.
Great vid. I'm currently selling my B2 after completing a half ironman. It is a truly excellent bike and I really enjoyed training and racing with it. I agree with the guy in the vid that the aero position engages the quads and saves the calves and hamstrings for the run. In my half that was super important, since about 9 miles of the run was on...gulp...sand.
Hmmm. Is there a difference of opinion about the reasoning of the seat tube angle. It seems that every other article, video, person that I see or talk to says the st angle allows your quads to rest for the run and that the angle is to engage your hamstings more to suit that purpose. I am new to Tri and Tri Bike so I may have mis heard. Did you mis speak in the Vid or am I misinformed. Thanks!
