  • i've been addicted to bread too. this is not funny (i say that for the persons who laugh of it.. )

  • Trader Joes has it for 3.99 a loaf...and it's not frozen..

  • i love the bread its good

  • Much better to make your own bread from scratch, I make very nutritious soda breads every day, easy to make, doesn't take much time.

  • I'm going to buy some tomorrow. Can't wait!

  • Love Ezekiel bread, my lifesaver for my morning egg sandwich with tomatoes!!1 Yummm! I hve lost 40 lbs!

  • go to whole foods and buy a loaf for 4.79 and stop complaining.

  • I just bought a loaf and it cost 7.25

  • Okay I'm going to give you advice that's going to take your bread eating, health and energy to the next level. Instead of butter use extra virgin coconut oil. Also Hemp Bread is even more healthy and very nutrient rich, I forgot the brand though. Coconut oil for some reason burns fat. I wasn't even trying to lose fat, but I'm getting very cut, when I use it.

  • ive used coconut oil for a bit and yes... yes, i know what you mean. Your energy is almost immedietely boosted, and you feel totally great. i also eat the hemp bread, its a perfect food.

  • Hmm really? Coconut oil? Interesting- I'm going to have to try that. I love Ezekiel bread toasted and have been yearning for a nutritious spread...

  • I agree!! It is digested by the pancreas differently than all other oils. I love to use it in place of evoo! I fry my chicken in it!

  • Just had my yummy snack. 1 slice of Ezekiel bread (toasted: hope that does not make it less healthy) one egg over easy and some low fat cottage cheese on top... Yum... I also like ketchup on top but I started using low sodium tomato sauce on top... really really good... and so low glycemic... I love the bread!!!

  • Heading out to buy some now!

  • I love this bread. I tried it when I was in Cary, NC. Got it at Trader Joe's. I now keep my freezer stocked.

  • I am glad you found something that worked for you. For me, I had to give up bread and go through the Induction phase in order to get any food addiction under control. Low glycemic foods are great once you are in control of what goes in your mouth -- otherwise, 8 slices of Ezekiel bread would be as bad as 2 normal slices of bread. It may take longer for the body to digest them.
