Cheryl is a good instructor. She has been consistent with all her partners--most of them have reached far in the competition. And she's a pro who doesn't draw attention to herself much. :)

To begin, I will be the first to admit that I am a RABID Derek Hough fan. I also happen not to care for Rob Kardashian very much.
That being said, this samba was FAR better than Ricki and Derek`s, which was completely lacklustre, shocking given that samba is probably Derek`s best dance both when it comes to choreography and his dance skills (second only maybe to rumba). And Rob NAILED this, he danced it so well!!! He was borderline pro the whole time! Those scores were bullshit. Nuff said
Just because Derek is involve in a dance doesn't mean he is going to get all 10's. Look how Len gave her a 6 on the first week. Those are all excuses and I'm not defending them 'cause I voting for JR and Karina, but I'm being realistic.
I totally love this Samba but Ricki's was more precised and had more sharpness. That's why the judges gave her the perfect 30 not just because of Derek. LEN said he wasn't going to give her a 10 until she does things right and you know how picky is Len. So I don't think she was undeserving of thos scores.
I actually wouldn't mind if he won. Not just because it wouldn't ruin my winning streak, but Rob's grown on me. Never did I think he'd come this far. Good job Rob!
Some moves were off, but fine, he did good. I still think he lacks charisma though. I find all his dances boring. But that's just me, he can stay, he can go, I don't care one way or the other.
I can't help but notice the hip movement he uses for Samba is a bit off. He's basically booty shaking. In latin dances like this, there's Cuban motion, at least that's what I was taught. Where you straighten the thigh muscle to create a hip movement but also rib cage movement. The rhythm has to travel up the body, not just the hips and butt.
