Like the old saying goes...It takes money to make money,So why even try?

As soon as someone with capitol heard about a good idea they can make the same product & have the money to make the product a success.

Yet the inventor who is basically poor can't devote the income or time to making the dream come true.

If you know how to use a product which is already manufactured, in a novel and very useful way, could that idea be patented or commercialized?
