Walking animations are the last thing I would be worrying about. The gameplay and graphics are obviously really good. If you want a high budget game, play WoW for now, but this game has much more freedom and possibilities then that game will ever have.

Animations and graphic touch up can be easily implemented closer to release. They have been focusing on content and balance, the things why most mmorpgs fail and lack. I too hope for stellar graphics, but most of the mmorpg community play on basic desktop pcs and couldn't handle Crysis quality graphics.

i think it will be better when the game is released to the world i know that another darkfall has to come out and i hope by then ppl give it recognition and they can make a better darkfall with more funding.

Yeah, I think the animations could use some more work, but we will have to see after release, if they are better than in the movie.

What they played there, was the beta on the servers

Whoever their 3d animators is needs to realize that when walking, the movement of the upper body is different than that of when running or strafing. Currently the animation looks shoddy and under worked. Though i understand that this is a beta video. core animations such as this rarely change with lower budget games.... *Faith -3*
