quick means that you have reflexes, you can move your hands/legs/body sharply

fast is just overall running pace

Quick is the first couple steps. Fast is when you get a full head of steam. You can be quick but not fast and vice versa. Does that help?

KG's fall away is not as consistent as Hakeem's. Not nearly in fact. I always felt that if KG had a +++ fall away hed be the best to ever play the game.

I think he should have developed more go to moves with his back to the basket or simply have played facing the rim ala David Robinson.
