I may have fucked up in me1, as I let the council die thinking it would slingshot our species to the dominant galactic civilization. But insted I found humanity is looked down apon for it's "selfish" actions during all of me2. So when earth is invaded in me3, I fear the other species will not give aid. But I did destroy the reaper base in me2, so that must have given me some kudos within the galactic comunity. What do people think destroying the council will do to me3?

I don't know how LotSB will affect Mass Effect 3, but it's easy to guess how Arrival will affect ME3, though. You won't miss anything, since the game will begin with you on trial for destroying the Mass Relay that kill 300,000 Batarians (even if you didn't).
