He has big range, OTG moves, an OTG Super(DHC potential), a wall bounce. His Level 3 hyper throw leaves them in crumple state (should be able to combo afterwards) he can cancel his shoulder barge normal into his level 3 hyper for extra throw range. He should be a lot of fun

Hsien Ko/Lei Lei is considered one of the worst characters in game, but as an assist character (with gold armor...ahem) one of the best characters. Capcom goes out their way to make sure every character has some viability. Comprehend much?

Except that Sentinel, Tron, Akuma, Doom, Dante, Ammy, Wesker,Taskmaster have one of the best assists in game. Those characters are actually decent character unlike Hsien-Ko. Hsien-Ko's assist isn't even the best assist in the game. Haggar is roughly as bad as Hsien-Ko, the only reason why he isn't bottom tier is because of his assist. They are nerfing his assist, so obviously Capcom don't want assist characters to exist.

Some of the top competing players use Haggar on WNF but you wouldn't know. Arthur has nothing? He can be a great assist character can that aid greatly in a keep away game but you're dumb as fuck and don't actually play the game but eye goggle at little things like a kid. I never really like Dante too much anyway, since A. he can't take a lot damage, B. he can't deal a lot of damage, and C. a lot of his special moves aren't very practical in a lot of situations. Nemesis will be badass. Firebrand, Arthur, Nemesis.....Heck yes.

Characters added so far represent their origin and brings different styles and strategies, it's well thought out if you look at it. Like Haggar, goofy choice yea? But any fighting game player knows that some of his moves like Lariat, no matter how ridiculous it looks should BEAT OUT everything. He is clearly a keepaway character considering the range of his chain attacks, so giving him piss-easy keepaway tactics with powerful supers would be too much.
