  • honestly these tires are not mud tire more of a very aggressive all terrain

  • Love mine, f150 stock 5.4 and they shred in sand, suprising for a mud terrain.

  • I've had a set of 32" KM2's on my 02 TJ since Dec of 08. I run em almost every day to work (40km commute one way) and have dropped them on about 40K of pavement so far. They have about 25% wear off of them and they still balance and wear very well. Their almost negligible hum has gotten a tad louder is the only thing I can say. Also, heard from some hardcores out East that the sidewalls are pretty weak but I rarely air down.

    Cheers, Canada

  • I still think Km1's are better!

  • @sector9ify the km2 is 33 percent stronger and also has tough sidewall compound that cuts and bruises to take the edge off of rocks and other off-road hazards. is a new tire with new technology, altho the km1 was a bad ass tire.

  • this is a desert race and there using mud tires. i dosnet make sense why wouldnt you show someone mud bogging or something since that is what there for...mud

  • @fordfan855 so just cuz there good in mud means they get bad traction in deep thick sand/ silk??

  • @blackhawk250 no, im just saying there name is mud terrain so why don't they have a video testing it in mud

  • @fordfan855 i see ur point on that, but they do work amazing in the dezert ha, got em on my Yota. they should of named them something else

  • @blackhawk250 they look really nice, i have a buddy with Copper STT and there worn down and he's putting on Mud Terrains so i get to test them with him

  • when ur using them in mud like ur ment to ur better off using the first mud terrain the KM2 are shit in the mud, my brother gets further in all terrains

  • I just put some 35's R18 on my lifted F150- they run smooth and they have a low hum...I had the KM1's on before and wore them right down until the wires were coming out!!!- they were loud and shook the truck while driving down the road.....THE KM2's are AWESOME and I totally recommend them, I have posted a small video of Day 2 with the tires....more to come!

  • @tommypchtm How many miles do you get off a pair of them?

  • Does anyone know if these are loud on the highway? I hear BFG's have a quiet MT tire but they just look loud.

  • i mean yeah they hum, it just depends on your view of loud

  • i got these tires on my silverado. they are pretty loud on the highway but not that bad. i love the sound of them but other brands are way louder

  • Yea I actually went ahead put some on my z71 the day I posted that comment. I used to have nitto mud grapplers so these are quiet as s*** compared.... I can actually hear my radio. If they do well, I'll keep buying these. They're doing good so far.

  • I have to ask is this the same tyre thats sold in australia same compounds?

i here so many different people say they wear to quick and others that say they wear great ? myself i run mtz mickey thompson tyres and i can tell you they are 100% shit i would never buy them again im down to 6mm of tread in 15,000kms

  • yeah mate iv been tryin to decide whether to go MTZs or these KM2s but yeah fucks me. lately iv been hearin the mickey thompsons have been wearin quick an wat ever else an its makin me not want em so im probly guna give these a go

  • From what i read they are great on lighter vehicles and the quick wear problem is only on heavy vehicles.

  • Where's Scherer??? Get Jason on their ads and show him crawling over other rigs mid race. Then I would pay close to 2k for a set of these for my daddy diesel.
