yeah but Phoenix to Cali is hot as hell during the summer but its a fun drive overall though there is nothing on either highway besides some tiny desert towns that remind me of "The Hills Have Eyes". Like seriously no civilization between Phoenix and the LA area! But thats really half the fun plus Disneyland, The Beaches, and everything else in the LA area is always so much more rewarding after a long desert drive through 350 miles of nothing but the company of friends!
